ScaleGuard comes from Fast Systems, a leading manufacturer of water treatment units for over 16 years. We are a company of over 23 years standing which has invested in solutions that offer real benefits for consumers around the home and sells directly to the public. All of our products are manufactured to exacting standards and we are committed excellent customer service - and give back up for all products that we sell.

We don't just sell boxes, we sell satisfaction and give after sales service, including installation advice. We also have a designated helpline with a team of operatives on hand to help you with technical questions, or to simply replenish your stock.

We have offices in Henley-on-Thames Oxfordshire and our office ours are between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday - Friday. Outside those times we have an out of hours answering service.
